These devices are light in weight, compact in structure, easy to operate, and the operator can fully control the work. This is very important in work that requires greater precision and detail. The rule of thumb is that it is easy to add more slurry, but once it is in place, removing it is extremely difficult, if not impossible-so operator control is necessary.

The manual grout pump does not require a power source and is suitable for pumping most types of cemented grout. They are ideal for applications that do not require high pressure, such as grouting door frames.

Larger heavy-duty pumps with air-powered spraying or pumping are more suitable for completing larger grouting work. When looking at a large grout pump, some factors to consider include hose size, output pressure and output capacity, mixer and hopper capacity (if required), and vertical limit. For example, cavity rotor/stator type pumps are the perfect solution for pumping viscosity, abrasive or solid materials, cement, light mortar mixing, plaster coating and cement/sand mortar.
